Enabling Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Google Ads Conversion Tracking is a powerful feature that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your Google ad campaigns. Setting up Google Ads Conversion Tracking with GTM Assistant is simple and requires minimal manual configuration.

Here’s how to set up Google Ads Conversion Tracking using GTM Assistant:


Step 1: Log in to GTM Assistant in Your Shopify Dashboard

  • Open your Shopify admin panel, go to Apps, and select GTM Assistant.
  • In the GTM Assistant dashboard, navigate to the Services or Tag Setup section.

Step 2: Select Google Ads Conversion Tracking Setup

  • Within the Services section, locate Google Ads Conversion Tracking from the list of available integrations.
  • Click on Google Ads Conversion Tracking to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Enter Your Google Ads Conversion ID and Conversion Label

To configure Google Ads Conversion Tracking, you’ll need two pieces of information:

  1. Conversion ID: This is a unique identifier for your Google Ads account.
